Stacey Campbell

Stacey A. Campbell is President of the National Employment Law Council (“NELC”) and an employment and commercial litigation trial lawyer. He has successfully first-chaired jury and judge-tried trials and arbitrations throughout the United States involving employment discrimination, ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act), breach of contract, non-compete and trade secrets, and personal injury, when judges/arbitrators have not dismissed cases on summary judgement. In 2015, Stacey formed Campbell Litigation, P.C. with an objective to be the largest minority-owned labor and employment defense and commercial litigation law firm in the Rocky Mountain Region. Through his licenses or pro hac vice practice, Stacey and his team defend the firm’s corporate client litigation in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Idaho, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. We defend our clients’ litigation as if it were our own, in those states where are clients are not headquartered. Stacey’s practical, business approach to litigation and counsel stems from his years of trial work, his previous human resources experience, and working in a major corporate legal department and as temporary in-house counsel for a medical device company.
