Barbara L. Johnson

Barbara L. Johnson, the Founder of BLJohnsonLaw, PLLC and Counsel with Potter & Murdock, PC, is based in Washington, DC. She has over 30 years of experience in representing a wide array of employers, ranging from Global 500 companies and publicly-traded companies to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions to manufacturers. Barbara has practiced law with a major corporation, a global AmLaw 100 law firm and a minority-owned litigation boutique. Barbara has served as an investigator for dozens of employment-related matters throughout the United States. She is particularly adept in navigating complex matters where allegations of misconduct have been raised involving executives or involving allegations of disparate treatment requiring statistical analyses.
