Description of Member's Practice: • Advise a global client base concerning all facets of employment and labor law, including but not limited to wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, employee relations, policy development and implementation, reductions in force, business restructurings, discipline, termination, leaves of absence, accommodations, contracts, restrictive covenants, and labor organizing, negotiations and disputes. • Direct and manage the defense of high-stakes complex and single-plaintiff global employment litigation and arbitration to efficient and successful resolution. • Investigate and direct the investigation of complex and sensitive employment and compliance-related matters for all Business Units globally. • Counsel Business Units in the UK and Europe on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including employment agreements, redundancies, terminations, works council negotiations and acquisitions.
