Requirements

  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Virginia. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Candidates must possess 6+ years of employment litigation experience with demonstrated history of acting as lead attorney in handling matters.
  • Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills are required.
  • Jury trial experience is preferred.
