Description of Member's Practice: I represent and advise employers in all types of litigation and employment related matters. As co-leader of BakerHostetler’s Wage and Hour team, much of my practice is dedicated to assisting clients with wage and hour compliance and defending class and representative actions. With experience as first- and second-chair in trials and arbitrations, I assist clients in avoiding and mitigating risk in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
I place a high importance on my client’s business goals and proactively educate employers on new laws and regulations, ensuring they are prepared when new legislation comes into effect. Additionally, I assist clients in business-related issues, including commercial litigation matters. By gaining a deep understanding of my client’s business from the outset, I strive to provide a high level of service that is focused on meeting client goals with an eye toward my client’s bottom line.
