Kane, Jr of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He gained valuable trial experience as a prosecutor in the Denver District Attorney's office before he entered private practice in 1990. Since then he has represented employers in two prominent Denver based law firms and a prominent national labor and employment law firm. He formed the current firm in April 2023 with one of his former partners following his service as a Deputy Attorney General in the Colorado Attorney General's Office.
